Guests are not permitted.
Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies. After 15 minutes your appointment may be CANCELLED.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 48 hours in advance.
Deposits are NON - REFUNDABLE (except in the event of a cancelation by Cosmetics Paramedic, in which case a full refund will be issued)
Clients are required to arrive with a clean face and groomed eyebrows (waxed, threaded, plucked) for a flawless brow application this is vital. -Eyebrow grooming service of $5.00 will be applied if they are not groomed prior to appointment.
Any required parking or valet fees are the client’s responsibility
Stair fee per flight may apply to support safe transport of pro equipment.
For hair services ONLY clients must arrive with clean fully blown out hair.
